We are presently looking for installers and team leaders forPolished Concrete.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible installers to join our team and build core crew. The ideal candidate will be a team player, self-motivated, possess a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. This position requires the ability to work nights when required, and sometimes weekends.
Full Time work and Overtime available
Work Includes:
Concrete grinding, prep, patching, overlays, epoxy/urethane coatings, and polished concrete
Operating grinders, vacuums, mixers, trowels, and other install equipment
Loading/unloading truck, staging jobs, and cleanup
Managing installers, helpers and performing role of lead installer on projects (Lead only)
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (required for Lead)
Your own transportation to and from shop or jobsite
DOT medical card – required for lead and/or driver
OSHA 30, SST 62-hour (or willing to get — we’ll assist)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work full days, and be on time
Willing to travel for some projects. (Travel pay, lodging and meals are paid)
Perform overnight and/or weekend work when needed
Experience in resinous flooring or polished concrete a big plus
Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Ability to work nights, occasional weekends, and flexible hours based on project demands.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Self-motivated and responsible, with the ability to work independently when required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the flooring industry.
Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) are a plus, but not required.
