ENIOR ESTIMATOR / TEAM LEADER - $115K-$145K + Profit Sharing (Wyandanch, NY)
ON-SITE POSITION - NOT REMOTE
Corinthian Cast Stone is hiring a Senior Estimator to lead our estimating department. We manufacture architectural cast stone, precast, and GFRC for restoration and new construction projects across NYC and the Northeast.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll report directly to ownership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Read architectural drawings and price projects accurately
Build proposals using Excel, Planswift, and our CRM
Negotiate with vendors
Train and mentor junior estimators
Communicate with architects, contractors, and our manufacturing team
Use AI tools to speed up workflows
WHAT WE NEED:
7+ years construction estimating experience
Expert in Excel and Planswift
Strong plan reading and takeoff skills
Ability to train others and build systems
Good communicator—shop floor to architect
Detail-obsessed, deadline-driven
BIG PLUS: Masonry, facade restoration, Local Law 11, or cast stone/precast experience
PAY & BENEFITS:
$115,000 - $145,000/year (based on experience)

LOCATION:
Wyandanch, NY (Long Island). You'll work on-site daily with our manufacturing and operations teams. If you're looking for remote work, this isn't the job.
