Growing solar energy company seeking motivated individuals to join our installation team. We install residential solar systems throughout NYC and Long Island.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Install solar mounting systems and panels on various roof types
Connect wiring, inverters, and electrical components
Perform system testing and quality control checks
Transport equipment and materials to job sites
Maintain safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
Complete required documentation for each installation
REQUIREMENTS
Solar installation experience (preferred)
Valid driver's license (REQUIRED)
Reliable personal transportation (REQUIRED)
Able to work full-time
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/climb for extended periods
Basic construction, electrical, or mechanical skills helpful but not required
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
