We're looking for a responsible individual experienced in multiple, remodeling trades, including tile setting, non-bearing steel stud framing, drywall installation, taping and painting. Experience in general commercial building mechanical maintenance and repair is a big plus; e.g., periodically changing HVAC filters, lubrication, light plumbing and electrical (light bulbs, ballasts, plumbing fixture leaks), roof repair, etc.
Full time, 40 hour work week, year round, steady employment, in one general location. Must have own transportation and a valid NY driver's License.
$35/hr to start. Vacation and Medical benefits available.
