Carpenter/foreman will be working on jobsites.
Skilled in all phases of residential and commercial construction.
Able to work flexible hours (during the week and weekends)
Able to read blueprints.
Responsible for coordinating inspections as well as coordinating trade subcontractors.
Required to order material from blueprints.
Skilled on time management and achieving job mandated deadline.
Trade tools required.
