Responsibilities:

- Perform basic repairs, including changing mirrors, tires, and jumpstarting vehicles.

- Document service activities accurately and maintain detailed records.

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of tow trucks to ensure their optimal performance.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tow truck driver.
- Valid NYS driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in performing basic vehicle repairs such as changing mirrors, tires, and jumpstarting vehicles.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with local roads, highways, and navigation systems.

- Willingness to work on-call and during irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
