At Maxxima, as our business continues to grow, so does our commitment to providing our customers with a first-class LED lighting experience for the road, and for the home. Due to our growth, we are in search of another talented individual to join our team as an e-commerce graphic designer to support our creative and e-commerce marketing teams. Ideally, this individual will work onsite at our location in Hauppauge, NY. However, we are open to the potential of this individual working remotely.

In this newly created position, you will be a cross functional expert and ultimate team player who enjoys working both collaboratively, as well as independently. You will be a perfectionist in the work you do here and assist with photo editing of product and in-use images with precision, organize and maintain our photo database, and translate key photo assets to optimized web assets. You will work closely with internal teams to create, develop, and maintain product web listings. You will be extremely organized and have an extraordinary ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You have immaculate attention to detail when managing excessive amounts of product data, a creative mindset, and a well-rounded understanding of e-commerce best practices, including product page optimization. You will be part of a team dedicated to showcasing our lighting products with the most visually appealing images to deliver the best customer experience possible. Other responsibilities will be assigned as needed. You will also:

- Act as the point person responsible for editing and producing high quality photos and images of our products and in-use shots for use across all platforms; assist with product photography and product packaging tasks as needed.

- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to update and optimize product web listings, while frequently adding new products as needed.

- Create and update product data specifications and work with internal teams to ensure consistency of information across all mediums.

- Systematically organize, manage, and maintain digital assets for use across all platforms.

- Assist with management and cross-platform testing of website images and features.

- Assist with creation of graphics for marketing creative such as social media posts, emails and other areas as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferably in graphic/digital design, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of digital design or e-commerce experience and/or support.

- Minimum of at least 3 years successfully managing digital assets and/or online catalogs for e-commerce in a consumer goods organization preferred.

- Ability to carry through a design style for a variety of products and across all platforms.

- Must have a thorough knowledge of current trends in design and marketing concepts.

- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while communicating effectively across departments.

- Ability to receive constructive feedback and take direction as necessary.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and MS Word and Excel.

- Working knowledge of website development in HTML and/or Magento is desirable but not required.
