Part time/freelance JavaScript, MySql and PHP programmer/developer and tech
support needed for a small company (that actually helps people) to replace our
retiring developer/programmer so he can wind down his involvement.
Position is totally remote, and available immediately. It requires roughly 100 to
200 hours of work annually. Compensation is negotiable depending on
experience.
MUST BE DEDICATED ,COMMITTED & RESPONSIBLE. IF THAT IS NOT
YOU, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. We require someone who can be
readily available any time our systems go down, to get us back up and running,
and to be immediately available several times a year when we have filing
deadlines.
Job specifically involves the management of our custom program/databases and
tech support. Tasks include obtaining and optimizing data from multiple sources
for setting up databases that work with already existing custom programming,
updating our programs and applications, and creating new apps if and when
needed. It is very important that these are successfully integrated into our
program/databases, as is fixing the errors and broken links that pop up from
time to time. MUST be able to juggle multiple moving parts, and MUST be able
to keep a complete backup of everything each day, preferably on your own server.
