Review inspection reports for various trades, including sprinkler systems, fire alarms, and suppression systems, to identify deficiencies.
Collaborate with vendors to determine the cost of parts, materials, and labor.
Negotiate pricing with vendors when necessary to ensure competitive rates.
Gain an understanding of fire protection systems, inspection schedules, and deficiency severity according to NFPA standards.
Prepare detailed quotes outlining the identified deficiencies and recommended corrective actions.
Occasionally consult with additional vendors for second opinions when needed.
Communication:
Relay critical findings to Account Teams promptly.
Respond to inquiries regarding fire protection deficiencies, clarifying compliance impacts.
Coordinate with service technicians, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure clarity and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand trade-specific reports.
Proficiency in preparing quotes and conducting cost estimations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong technical aptitude.
Competence in using Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with fire protection system maintenance or installation.
Familiarity with project or facility management software.
Background in fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, suppression, etc.) or related industries.
Knowledge of fire safety codes and regulations, including NFPA, IFC, and local standards.
National Facilities Maintenance experience is a plus !Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
