Requirements Candidate must have Insurance industry experience Proven skills in Financial Statement Preparation are essential for this role. Proficiency in Financial Analysis is a must-have skill. The ability to Provide Financial Analysis on a regular basis is required. Experience in Month End Close processes is crucial. Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is an important skill for this role. Previous experience with Audit Preparation is necessary. Demonstrated ability in Process Improvement is a key requirement.
