Sea Breeze is seeking a hardworking, dependable Production Line Operator to support our food manufacturing and packaging operations.This is a hands-on position responsible for operating, setting up, monitoring, and maintaining food packaging and processing equipment throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, be comfortable working around machinery, and be able to identify and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.The Production Line Operator will work as part of the production team to help maintain an efficient, safe, and consistent manufacturing operation.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, change over, adjust, operate, and monitor packaging and processing equipment.Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical or operating issues to maintain consistent equipment performance and product flow.Perform routine equipment checks, basic preventative maintenance, lubrication, and minor repairs as needed.Safely use hand tools and light power tools when working with production equipment.Follow production procedures, manufacturing specifications, food safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP requirements.Assist with cleaning and sanitation of production equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area.Complete basic production documentation and use computer systems as required.Communicate equipment or production concerns to management and work effectively with other staff.Assist with other production-related duties as needed.ScheduleMonday – FridayRegular schedule approximately 6:00 AM – 3:00 PMSome Saturday overtime may be requiredFlexibility to adjust work hours based on production needs is an assetCompensation & Benefits$25.00/hourMedical/Dental/Life Insurance after three months100% free employee medical insurance (additional cost for spouse, child, or family coverage)Generous roll-over vacation and sick time after three months with Health Pay BonusBonuses for recruiting new accountsConsistent year-round work
