Position Overview:The Parts Clerk is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the timely availability of parts. Key responsibilities include:

Stocking and organizing parts

Conducting price and quality surveys

Providing counter service to internal teams

Keeping the parts room clean and organized

Maintaining accurate records and generating reports as needed

Ordering special (non-stock) parts for repairs

Monitoring inventory levels and restocking as necessary

Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License required

High School Diploma or GED (Technical training preferred)

Previous experience in a vehicle parts room and inventory management required

Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills

ASE Certifications preferred

Must pass a drug screening
