Performs tasks related to the receipt of supplies from vendors (validating order, verifying item quality, entering delivery information into department computer system).
Places supplies in storeroom using proper storage distribution techniques.
Reports the inventory of storeroom to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times.
Communicates inventory updates, discrepancies, and shortages to management.
Carries out the distribution of outgoing supplies to departments.
Documents and logs all transactions accurately.
Participates in training of various inventory and distribution activities, according to established policies and procedures.
Maintains the cleanliness and organization of storeroom at all times.

Job Qualification
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
2-3 years of inventory experience
2-3 years of distribution operations experience
