The owner of properties is seeking a Part-Time Accountant or Senior Bookkeeper to be directly involved in reconciliation, billing and auditing of development and hotel business.
This is NOT a hybird position or virtual position
Bank reconciliations
Work with outside Accountants and Controllers
Process payroll and payroll changes
Prepare checks for payment to vendors
Laison with Lenders of Owner
Assist administrators with fiscal tasks as needed
Must be HIGHLY Flexible - working in entrepreneurial business environment- Filing, letter writing, generate reports as needed.
Adhere to organizational internal controls
Educational/Job experience:
Minimum of an associate’s degree in accounting or finance
A minimum of five years relevant work experience
Trained in QuickBooks Pro and Excel and payroll processing- needs to be conversant in real estate matters- insurance etc-
Work schedule:
Tuesday and Thursday 8: 30am – 5:30pm-
Must be available to respond to urgent emails 4 days a week-
This is an in-office position that cannot be done remotely/ nor hybrid work.
