What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including tracking and filing tax-exempt certificates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in production, events, or a creative industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with tax-exempt organizations or venues is a plus.
