Events & Interior Design firm, Hudson & Nine is looking for a unicorn - a creative minded numbers person - for a part time design biller and finance manger role.
This person will be responsible for creating project budgets, client invoices, keeping track of all design project expenses, placing orders, calculating materials and even checking order parts against proposed design plans.
We need a detailed oriented person who is creative minded enough to understand the design project details in order to be effective in helping to execute the financial side of the project management.
Must be local to NYC with the ability to commute to midtown.
One day IN-OFFICE time required weekly. Additional hours remote.
Skills / Requirements:
Undergraduate Degree In Business, Accounting or Similar
2-5 years in professional business / finance role
Expert proficiency with Quickbooks Online
Excel spread sheet master - all projects are managed in google docs
