Your core duties will include proactively making collection calls, accurately generating and sending out invoices, and diligently following up with customers regarding payment status and discrepancies. Mastery of essential modern accounting software is a must. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, along with hands-on experience using QuickBooks, Textura, Procore and AIA billing forms.
