We seek a skilled Bookkeeper with extensive experience in QuickBooks Desktop to join our NYC-based company. This part-time role offers flexibility, allowing for both in-office and remote work options.
Key Responsibilities:
Bank reconciliations in QuickBooks Desktop or Excel
Write-up work
Payroll preparation within QuickBooks
Balance sheet reconciliations
Strong understanding of the chart of accounts
Position Details:
Commitment: 2-4 days per week (flexible scheduling)
Work Environment: In-office or remote
