The duty is:
Download and categorize bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Desktop
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Manage month-end closing and reconciliation.
Help with payroll preparation in QuickBooks (preferred but not needed).
Utilize Word, Excel, and QuickBooks efficiently.
This is not an entry-level position but for an experienced bookkeeper.
We are not interested in working with accounting firms or CPAs.
This position is 100% remote, permanent, and part-time.
