Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable
Manage and reconcile bank statements
Generate reports using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Pay bills and ensure timely payments to vendors
File invoices and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience
Proven proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
