Construction Company in Manhattan looking to hire a Jr Accountant/OfficeAdministrator to join our team. You will need to be a self starter, have strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills. Experience in the construction industry is a plus. Extensive experience with QuickBooks is mandatory as you may be required to take a test. Invoicing, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, AP aging reports, vendor balance reconciliations, answering phones, credit card review and reconciliation, A1A, payment processing, general administrative duties including ordering office supplies, keeping conference room clean, mail, filing etc will be a part of your responsibilities.
