Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for multitasking? We're a busy wholesale company working with inventory and seeking an Office Guru to join our team!

Key Qualifications:

- Light bookkeeping experience

- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop

- Familiarity with inventory management

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- excel, word, outlook

- marketing exp a plus

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day office tasks

- Maintain accurate financial records

- Support inventory tracking and updates

- Assist with billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable

- calendar, electronic and hard files
