Well established HVAC Company located in Richmond Hill is looking for an experienced Part-time Account Receivable clerk.
The following duties.
Computing invoices on Peachtree accounting programs.
Handles correspondence related to customer accounts receivable records, past due accounts, payment discrepancies and tax-exempt certificates.
Monthly AIA requisitions in multi systems
Processes monthly customer statements
Maintain Filing system
Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, prioritize and is self-motivated.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Office Hours: Monday thru Friday, this position is not available for remote, this is a in office setting position is Part-time
