We are a small design firm and luxury goods manufacturer in need of a part-time, in-house bookkeeper.
Responsibilities:
- Issuing checks for freelance employees promptly and regularly
- Paying vendor and personal invoices
- Overseeing all autopay accounts
- Executing employee payroll
- Keeping records of workers compensation, liability, similar insurances
- Inputing all data into Quickbooks and balancing the account
- Allocating monthly credit card purchases
- Handling AR
- Communicating and compiling accurate reports upon request
Qualifications:
- Experience in design or architecture firm or similar environment
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Extremely comfortable with Quickbooks
- Thick skin and exceptional work ethic
