Harlem-based Enrolled Agent office looking for part-time tax
associates for the remainder/post 2025 tax season [working well
into the early Fall]. Candidate will assist with tax audits and
filing tax returns.
Must have following experience:
♦AFSP or EA credential only
♦2 years tax preparation in Drake tax preparation program
♦Good writing & public interaction skills (must interpret and
reply to tax authority correspondence)
♦Doing 6-figure income Schedule C’s
♦Doing voluminous stock sales & rental property tax returns
♦QuickBooks & Excel Pivot table experience
♦Able to interpret IRS transcripts
♦Doing multi-state scenarios
♦Working in paperless environment
♦Using Monroe Ultimate-X adding machine
♦Analytical skills (ability to review audited tax returns for
errors)
Must be proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Excel 365 or 2021
and QuickBooks Desktop 2022 or 2023.
Pay rate commensurate with experience [on a 1099-basis].
