Westchester Community Opportunity Program, Inc. (WestCOP) is seeking proposals from qualified payroll service providers to manage our payroll functions. We serve a diverse workforce of approximately 300 employees, with bi-weekly payrolls, and require a solution that integrates with Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Position Management, Time and Attendance, Paid Time Off, Benefits Administration, and Custom 401(k) features.
Scope of Work
The selected payroll provider will be responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll services including:
Processing payroll bi-weekly for approximately 300 employees
Integration with HRIS and Benefits Administration systems
Employee self-service options
Custom 401(k) reporting and administration
Time and Attendance tracking
