Property Accountant/Bookkeeper
Salary is 75-85k
Will assist with financial reporting & & bank reconciliations.
Ensure invoices/payments are processed accurately.
Investigate & handle payment issues
Resolve bank reconciling items related to AP
Assure accurate tenant billing
Process & apply rental & receivable payments.
Imput & review leases & renewals for accurate rent charges
