We are looking for a detail oriented and knowledgeable Quickbooks Data Entry Clerk to join our team and provide back-office support for our Law Firm. As the Quickbooks Data Entry Clerk, primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Reconcile journals and book balances with bank statements
Timely and accurate recording of all invoices and payments in Quickbooks.
Apply all appropriate cost codes for all invoices and payments in Quickbooks.
Track all reimbursement payments and ensure all transactions are posted.
Maintain all vendor and employee files.
Basic computer skills, including good command and use of Microsoft WORD and EXCEL
Ability to work independently with no supervision
Good interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Team player with drive for high customer satisfaction, high integrity and commitment to company brand and vision
Qualifications - Required
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE OF QUICKBOOKS
Basic understanding of ACCOUNTING
College grad – accounting major is a requirement
