Job Description:
We are currently seeking two experienced Staff Accountants to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have 2 years of accounting experience and a solid working knowledge of tax preparation, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
Prepare individual and business tax returns
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries
Prepare financial reports and analysis using Excel
Communicate with clients regarding tax and accounting issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
2 years of relevant accounting/tax experience
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of federal and state tax laws
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
CPA or Enrolled Agent preferred but not required
