Customer Service & Internal Recruitment Manager (Anywhere NYC-based)
We are seeking an experienced, New York City–based professional to take on a multifaceted management role within a messenger-style (legal) service. The right candidate will bring both customer-facing skills and organizational leadership to support our decentralized structure.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, and train field personnel.
Assist the coordination of a small network of citywide administrators responsible for heavy paperwork and compliance tasks.
Manage select customer-facing functions, including sales and client service (if applicable).
This role involves periods of high activity as well as lighter cycles, requiring flexible availability and strong time management as things settle in and rapid growth is enabled. Travel throughout the city (and occasionally beyond) will be essential, as will ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations (licensing is required).
