Flieber, Inc. seeks a Chief of Staff in New York, NY.
The Chief of Staff is responsible for playing a key role in Flieber’s performance, supporting the CEO by sharing responsibilities, helping prioritize initiatives, supporting better decision-making, and by being a close advisor. The CoS serves as a multi-functional executive who has the expertise and experience to fill in gaps and take on diverse responsibilities to assist the CEO manage and grow the company. Duties include: Overseeing strategy, performance, and business operations of Flieber, including goal setting, financial planning, accounting, audit, compliance, facilities, and human resources; Communicating the vision, ideas, projects, and processes; Generating momentum around key initiatives within Flieber, such as Partnerships, Customer Success Expansion, or any project with the CEO’s direct involvement; Collaborating with executive team members to determine, prioritize, and visualize business strategies; Identifying places to cut costs and to improve performance, policies, and programs; and other duties as assigned. Employee may be stationed in any state in which Flieber has operations, but will report directly to Flieber’s headquarters in New York, NY. Salary range is $210k – 240k.
Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or a related field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements: 2 years of experience in the job offered or related positions. Other special requirements include: 2 years of experience overseeing strategy, performance and business operations, financial planning, managerial accounting, audit, and compliance; 2 years of experience analyzing operations to evaluate performance of a company or its staff in meeting objectives or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change; 2 years of experience communicating organizational policies and procedures in a clear and effective manner to various audiences; and 2 years of experience liaising and coordinating between various groups to improve internal function and communication. Employee may be stationed in any state in which Flieber has operations, but will report directly to Flieber’s headquarters in New York, NY.
