Location: UPPER EAST SIDE, MANHATTAN
Reporting To: Building Property Manager Description:
Assist in the management of overall onsite commercial building operations
Lobby Concierge/ Porter Experience Position
Greeting guests and directing to the appropriate offices
Responsibilities:
Cleaning and maintenance services throughout the building as needed (occasionally)
Completes maintenance and repair records as required- in case work may be needed.
Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed
Maintains grounds of facility or property performing such tasks as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing snow removal sanitary cleaning rest rooms stairwells hallways
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
Must speak English
Able to lift, and move up to 50 pounds .
