Office Manager – Construction & Real Estate

Midtown Business, a dynamic company in the construction and real estate sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our close-knit team. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a team-first mindset, and a proactive approach to day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has previous experience in construction and real estate. Our office is small but impactful, and every team member plays a crucial role in our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support a team of 10–15 office staff

Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules

Assist with daily operational tasks and project coordination

Answer incoming calls and communicate with clients professionally

Review, proofread, and assist in executing contracts and related documents

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction and real estate administration

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Familiarity with DocuSign, AIA contracts, and vendor agreements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

A team-oriented, flexible, and dependable attitude

Light knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting is a plus
