We are a general contractor located in Floral Park looking for a site supervisor who has done public work
Supervisor must have these credentials before submitting resume
- Knowledgeable in site conditions, field conditions
- Can read all types of drawings such as general construction, plumbing, electrical, mechanical
- Can understand Submittals, RFI's, Manual's, Specifications of Projects
- Attending walkthroughs and pre bid meetings
- Working with tight scheduling and deadlines And Multitasking between different project
- Can make Daily Construction Work Logs / Reports
- Communications with projects architect and multitasking between projects manger or CM
- Follow ups with subcontractors and manage site
- Must be able to speak up in situations when arises
- Overseeing activities and reporting to GC
