AVAILABLE POSITION
PASSENGER SERVICE AGENT (JFK Airport)
Starting Pay: $23.54/hr.
Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
JOB ESSENTIALS:
Ticketing, verifying guest documentation, guest check-in and guest assistance.
Perform gate management, make announcements regarding flight activity, and baggage service.
Learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
Assist unaccompanied minors and special needs guests.
Complete daily reports and other assigned duties
Work in a team environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English.
Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a High School Diploma, GED or six months of customer service experience.
Must be able to work flexible weekdays, weekend, and holidays.
Competent in handling difficult situations.
Ability to safely lift to 70 pounds.
