As the “Director of First Impressions”, the Assistant Manager warmly welcomes our clients via telephone and email to the company, and conveys with professional etiquette how we can be of service. Client data and specifications must be accurately inputted into our client database system.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years working in hospitality. Requires very strong communication skills, an interest in real estate, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, responsiveness, strong computer skills (typing, Microsoft Word & Excel, using internet to find solutions / answers), ability to anticipate needs / being proactive, asks what else she/he can do to help. Process check-out and check-in of apartment keys. Order and stock office supplies, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place supplies weighing up to 20 pounds without assistance. Perform other duties as requested by management. Is comfortable with increased salary and responsibilities over time / upward mobility if the work product and performance is strong. Schedule is a shifted 5 day schedule 9am – 6pm ideally Tuesday – Saturday or Wednesday – Sunday or Sunday - Thursday.
