About the Role: Community Outreach Specialist
As a Community Outreach Specialist, you’ll be working directly with your neighbors—homeowners, renters, families—listening to their needs, educating them about the available state and federal programs that can improve their lives. Programs include:
Home improvement assistance
Energy efficiency programs
Affordable connectivity initiatives
And more
Your Day-to-Day:
You’ll engage with the community using a variety of outreach methods, including:
Door-to-door outreach
Local events
Phone calls
Social media
Other creative strategies
