Familiarity or working knowledge of Limosys software is a MUST.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
Handle inbound calls from both cash and corporate non-emergency transportation queues.
Professionally gather and document information from callers in an organized and efficient manner.
Provide exceptional service and demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of our customers and business goals.
Collaborate systematically with team members and other stakeholders.
Maintain an organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
Promote mutual respect and professionalism among customers, drivers, and team members.
Complete additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Our requirements are:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) – Required.
High School diploma or GED.
Prior experience in a call center or dispatching is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Willingness to work weekends, overnights, and/or holidays as needed.
Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Punctuality and excellent attendance are essential.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and a commitment to confidentiality.
Ability to relate to and empathize with a diverse customer base.
A proactive attitude and team-oriented spirit.
High ethical standards and a commitment to excellence.
Ability to meet or exceed performance goals set by the company.
