Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously
Assist drivers with basic inquiries and support
Provide clear and effective communication
Follow company guidelines and meet performance expectations
Available Shifts:
We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
Afternoon and Evening Shifts:
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night Shift:
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Thursday to Sunday)

Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred, but not required)
Good communication skills and a professional phone manner
Ability to handle multiple calls in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and punctual
No prior experience necessary – training provided
What We Offer:
Starting pay: $16.50 per hour
Part-time position (24+ hours per week)
Training provided – no experience needed
