Candidates who possess strong communication skills and are able to make customers feel welcome will stand out. You will help identify our customers needs, present and answer questions about our products, services and also recommend solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple channels
-Respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting our needs
-Identify the root cause of their inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution
-Maintain required product knowledge to deliver world class service
