We are seeking a Door Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of our premises while providing exceptional service to residents and guests.
Duties:
Follow and enforce building security protocols
Login packages for residents
Provide assistance to residents and guests as needed
Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents
Conduct regular patrols to ensure a safe environment
Greet residents, guests, and visitors warmly.
Monitor entrances and enforce security protocols.
Respond promptly to emergency situations.
Work overnight shifts and holidays.
Assist with luggage, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and entrance areas.
Use BuildingLink and KeyLink systems for managing resident information and access.
Maintain a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Requirements:
Previous experience in doorman / concierge experience , luxury building is preferred
Knowledge of CCTV systems for surveillance purposes
Must have experience using Building-link
First aid certification and CPR training preferred
