Our firm has the pleasure of being able to support a local NYC community-based organization in hiring a team of customer service individuals for a 3+ month project.
We are currently looking for people who are fluent in Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian and Spanish.
We are looking for candidates who can respond to client inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. Someone who would do well in this role would be public-service oriented, is skilled in understanding the needs and has the ability to work effectively with chronically disabled and elderly clients.
