Dynamic facility maintenance company is seeking for a full-time outgoing, results oriented and entrepreneurial Customer Service and Sales Representative. The position requires a person who can manage client expectations, identify sales opportunities, enjoys working with people and establish effective relationships with existing and potential customers.

IBS Direct is a commercial janitorial company that has been in business for 30 years and counting. Each year our team has consistently grown and expanded. We currently serve customers in NYC, Upstate NY and Connecticut.

Main Duties:

Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed

Responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries/concerns

Daily travel throughout NYC

Ability to identify new sales opportunities

Promote company services and brand

Continuously network and develop new business through existing and new client base

Builds rapport and cultivates relationships with decision makers.

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be a people's person

Awesome at opening doors and getting appointments

Positive attitude and resilience

Enthusiastic and self-motivated

Ambitious, goal oriented and highly productive

Strong persuasion skills

Critical thinking and proactive attitude

Versatility and flexibility

Must be well articulate and present a professional image

At least 1 years of Customer service experience in Janitorial, Hospitality or similar Service Related Industry preferred

Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening

Ability to problem solve in an efficient and timely manner

Excellent client management and presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Must be a Team Player
