Experienced Customer Service Rep. for Immediate Start, dispatching a plus.
We are a service provider for the NYC metropolitan area, in business for 25 plus years
Our Queens, NY office requires a SELF-MOTIVATED and ABLE TO HANDLE MULTIPLE TASKS person.
You will be working in an environment of dedicated employees and frequent requests for our home services such as cleaning, organizing and home improvements.
Description of position will include:
● Professionally answering phones
● Entering orders into our Order Management System (OMS)
● Assist in dispatching of trucks
● Managing new customer opportunities, payments and invoices
● Handling internal paperwork
● Responding and managing the Customer Service online mailbox
Following Knowledge, Skills and Abilities a plus:
● Fast, accurate typist a must. Proficiency in MS Office
● Previous Customer Service/administrative a plus
● Dispatching of vehicles a plus but not required;
● Strong Attention to detail, personnel strong verbal skills
● Adaptable to new processes and ideas
● Excellent organization and time management skills
Open Monday to Saturday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (Position hours are flexible).
