A global leader in power and transmission solutions for professional Security, Surveillance, Access Control and Fire applications seeks a Customer Service Representative.

The ideal Customer Service Representative will be responsible for performing the below job functions including but not limited to:

Accurately enter and process purchase orders in a timely manner.

Correspond with customers and internal and external company representatives on all matters related to the order.

Diligently follow purchase orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that may delay timely processing.

Perform general office/ clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Prior experience entering purchase orders within a manufacturing setting/sales office environment.

Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professional and pleasant phone manner to service incoming and outgoing calls

Proficiency in use of computers and related software.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Detail-oriented work ethic.

Knowledge of SAGE100 preferred but not required.

Additional Information:

Schedule: Full-time (9am-5pm), Monday-Friday.

Rate of pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour. Increased to $20.00 p/h upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period.
