Hiring Full-Time Customer Service Representatives – Bilingual (Chinese & English)
Description:
We are looking for motivated and reliable full-time customer service representatives to join our team! Your primary role will be to process orders and assist customers efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
2. Process orders submitted by TCM practitioners or customers via email, online, or over the phone.
3. Provide excellent customer support and resolve inquiries promptly.
Requirements:
1. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
2. Bilingual in Chinese and English.
3. Preferred, but not required: 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in customer service.
