DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle high volume of customer interactions across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat), providing exceptional service and prompt resolution of inquiries and complaints.
Process orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate customer records while ensuring timely updates and professional communication throughout.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and provide product recommendations, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of company offerings and policies.
Monitor and organize tasks by priority, running regular reports and proactively contacting customers about high-priority orders when needed.
Promote increased sales through expert product knowledge, expedite samples, and identify opportunities for improving customer service operations.
Review and verify purchase orders while maintaining respectful interactions with all departments and customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma required (college degree preferred)
2+ years customer service experience, preferably in accounting, sales, or marketing
Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with prior office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Bilingual English/Chinese a plus
Experience with purchase orders and warehousing principles
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Physical ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
