DISPATCH ASSISTANT (Queens, NY 11101)
Starting Pay: $22/hr.
Job Duties:
Process and enter timesheet data using BOLs, Crew Lists, and Excel
Organize and maintain job-related paperwork and digital files
Provide administrative support including phone coverage, filing, and data entry
Assist with payroll processing and HR documentation
Support management with reporting and executive assistance tasks
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience in payroll, HR, or operations preferred
OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE (Queens, NY 11101)
Starting Pay: $22/hr.
Job Duties:
Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts
Manage project timelines, paperwork, and client communications
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services meet client expectations
Support client onboarding and maintain strong relationships
Assist leadership with administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
Strong customer service and account management experience
Comfortable with occasional job site visits
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
