The front desk team works closely with our managers, and providers to ensure positive and educational experience for every client, every time,
What you'll do:
- Greet clients and ensure seamless check-in and check-out process
- Collaborate with team members and support to deliver a best-in-class experience
- Provide high-quality service and hospitality to clients, and answer questions
- Communicate with the customer service team to maintain client schedule and scheduled appointments
Available shifts: (Mornings) 7-3, 8-4, 9-5 (Afternoon) 12-8, 1-9, 2-10, 3-11, 4-12 and overnight
Requirements:
- At least a year of customer service experience
- Excellent social skills and a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent is a plus not a requirement
