Job Description:
As a Front Desk Night Auditor/Breakfast & Mini Bar Attendant, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences, balancing operations between the front desk, breakfast service, and the mini bar. This hybrid position requires flexibility to work different shifts, including overnight, early mornings, and evenings.
Responsibilities:
Night Auditor & Guest Services:
Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out process.
Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Perform the night audit to balance the hotel’s financial records and operations for the day.
Process reservations and handle phone/email inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
Maintain hotel security during overnight shifts.
Breakfast Service & Mini Bar Operations:
Set up and maintain a delicious, organized breakfast bar that exceeds guest expectations.
Brew coffee, arrange platters, and manage inventory for breakfast items.
Curate and manage the hotel’s mini bar, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked selection.
Communicate with vendors and manage ordering for both mini bar and breakfast supplies.
Provide an exceptional F&B experience for our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
General Duties:
Handle guest requests for special amenities, packages, or celebrations.
Ensure inventory control, track supplies, and coordinate deliveries of mini-bar items and hotel amenities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas.
Qualifications:
Strong guest service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be flexible with scheduling (including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts).
Ability to work overnight shifts, as well as early and late shifts.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency with computer systems, Mac computerknowledge, and Google Suite preferred.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid social security number.

Must be able to train during day shifts before moving to overnight shifts.
